What's the difference between Pro and Business?

Whose AI key runs it. Pro runs on your own AI key: the AI uses your provider account, so model usage bills to you and stays yours. On Business we run the AI for you on our key, tune it and keep it healthy, and a dedicated team oversees it with a Kirality account manager as your point of contact. You approve every action either way, and budget caps keep spend predictable. We set you up on a short call.

Do you charge per AI request?

On Business, no — the subscription is the only line item; we run the models for you within a monthly budget cap. On Pro you bring your own provider key, so model usage bills to your own account at cost — and it starts capped at $500/month ($50/day) out of the box, so an agent can't quietly burn through your budget before you've touched a setting. Raise or lower it whenever you like; it's your provider account.

How does seat pricing work?

Each tier is priced for the team it's built for. Pro starts at $299/mo for a single seat and $599/mo at 3 seats — it's sized for solo founders and tight teams. Extra seats get steeper as the team grows ($299/seat for 4–6, $600/seat beyond 6), so past ~10 people Business is both cheaper and uncapped. Business anchors at $3,999/mo for up to 10 seats; that price buys the feature tier, and seats beyond 10 add only a gentle amount ($150/seat beyond 10), so your average cost per seat keeps falling as you scale. When am I billed?

At signup for paid plans — your card is charged for the tier and cadence you pick when your account is created. You then renew monthly or annually until you cancel; cancel anytime from your account and you keep access through the period you already paid for. There is no public free trial. If we agree a trial with you on a call, you get a code, and that code sets how long the trial runs.

Can I downgrade?

Yes — you can switch from Business to Pro (or change cadence) any time from your account. Stripe prorates the difference and credits you on your next invoice. Downgrades take effect immediately; you don't lose access to features mid-billing-period.
